This Website Usage Agreement (“Agreement”) is between a User (“you,” “your”) and the owners of The Clover Collective, LLC (“we,” “our,” “the company”). Your participation in the use of this website is conditional on your acceptance of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. Your sole remedy for any breach or default of this Agreement by theclovercollective.com or Website Owner shall be a return of any fees paid to theclovercollective.com or Website Owner for any services provided under this Agreement.

You indemnify and agree to defend and hold harmless theclovercollective.com, Website Owner, its and their officers, employees, agents, affiliates, licensees and web hosting services and third parties for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including but not limited to court costs, legal fees, awards or settlements) relating to or arising out of your use of theclovercollective.com, including any breach by you of the Terms contained in this Agreement.
- Errors and Omissions. All information on this website is accurate and true to the best of The Clover Collective, LLC‘s knowledge, but that there may be omissions, errors or mistakes. The Clover Collective, LLC is not liable for any damages due to any errors or omissions on the website, delay or denial of any products, failure of performance of any kind, interruption in the operation and your use of the website, website attacks including computer virus, hacking of information, and any other system failures or misuse of information or products.
- No Guarantees. By participating in/reading this website/blog/emails, you accept that The Clover Collective, LLC cannot guarantee the outcome of services and/or recommendations on the website/blog/email series. The Clover Collective, LLC cannot make any guarantees other than to deliver the services or goods purchased as described.
- Purchases. theclovercollective.com may allow you to make purchases from us or from other merchants. - Refunds and Cancellations.
- 1×1 Program. The Clover Collective, LLC does not guarantee results for coaching services and does not issue refunds for services already rendered. You are free to cancel any future sessions with your coach, but this will not warrant a refund of any kind.
- The Agency Blueprint Course. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, The Clover Collective, LLC will issue a refund within 30 days after purchase. After 31 days, The Clover Collective, LLC will no longer issue you a refund.
- License for purchases. If you purchase digital products or courses on theclovercollective.com, you are granted one revocable, worldwide, non-exclusive license to the product(s) purchased. You are not to give or sell any templates, products, or services that you bought to anyone. If you violate this license, you will be charged for the licenses you have given or sold to others and, access to the product will be revoked.
- Intellectual property. The Clover Collective, LLC is the sole and exclusive owner of all trademarks and content on this website, including all information, documents, photographs, graphics, and other materials available through this website and all services operated by The Clover Collective, LLC through this website. These materials are protected by copyright law and trademark law, and
(1) you do not have permission to use the content on this website for any purpose including republication, distribution, assignment, sublicense, sale, preparation of derivative works, or other use. You agree not to copy materials on the site, reverse engineer or break into the site, or use materials, products or services in violation of any law. If you are in violation, The Clover Collective, LLC can terminate your use of this website at any time and reserves the right to sue you.

- Termination. The Clover Collective, LLC may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.
- Jurisdiction. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with United States federal law and the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising out of or related to the information contained herein is subject to adjudication in the state of Florida, USA. - Waiver. The failure of Website or Website Owner to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of this Agreement by Website or Website Owner must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of the Website Owner.
- Severability. If any provision is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will be in full force and effect.
- Arbitration. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or related in any manner to this Agreement which cannot be amicably resolved by the parties shall be solely and finally settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its commercial arbitration rules. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. The arbitration shall take place before a panel of three arbitrators sitting in Pinellas County, Florida. The language of the arbitration shall be English. The arbitrators will be bound to adjudicate all disputes in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. The decision of the arbitrators shall be in writing with written findings of fact and shall be final and binding on the parties. The arbitrator shall be empowered to award money damages, subject to the limitations set forth in Section 1 of this Agreement, but shall not be empowered to award direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages or specific performance. Each party shall bear its own costs relating to the arbitration proceedings irrespective of its outcome. This section provides the sole recourse for the settlement of any disputes arising out of, in connection with, or related to this Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any action seeking injunctive relief shall be submitted to the courts and shall not be subject to this provision.
- Entire Agreement. The Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy (located here) constitutes the entire agreement between you and The Clover Collective, LLC, and governs the terms and conditions of your use of this website, and supersedes all prior or concurrent communications, whether electronic, oral or written, between you and The Clover Collective, LLC with respect to this website. Despite the abovementioned, you may also be subject to additional Terms and Conditions, posted policies (including but not limited to the Privacy Policy), guidelines, or rules that may apply when you use this website.
The Clover Collective, LLC may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Accordingly, you should visit the website and review the Terms and Conditions periodically to determine if any changes have been made.
